Highly recommend.I'm not one to write reviews but feel I had to for Anticc Roofing. I needed my roof and chimney doing. I had phone up a few companies but was very reluctant to appoint them. My work colleague recommended Anticc Roofing & I'm so pleased she did. From the moment I met John he was very warm and friendly, Carl was too. John explained about his company and the people working for him. I am very happy with the work they have done. They did an excellent job. Pictures of before & after was sent to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will have them back to do other building work I need doing. I so glad I have found a building company that I can trust. WELL DONE Anticc.

John came and gave us a very competitive quote for a renewal of a flat roof. Happy with the price the work was booked. John managed to squeeze us in 3 weeks early as our existing roof was leaking. Anticc and their team completed a basement for us , there was an unpleasant smell and alot of damp .They eradicated all damp issues completely including theSmell . Very pleased and will definitely be hiring them again in the future .Highly recommended .

John and the team replaced our UPVC soffits, fascia and guttering. Replaced our slate roof was really pleased with attitude and communication would highly recommend in future works. Work was completed on time to a high standard.

Great service from John and his team completely relaying our roof recently with new breathable membrane, battens, valleys and replacing some tiles. John was friendly, polite and professional throughout, clear in his explanations of everything that needed doing and why. We were able to voice any concerns easily which were instantly looked at and addressed. It is clear they take pride in the standard of their work. The work looks very neat, was done for a very competitive price, and the team did a great job of tidying up afterwards. Would definitely recommend using these guys.

New roof and started on a Saturday as they managed to squeeze me in. Done an amazing job and I'm a bricklayer so from the construction trade and would recommend them to anyone great job lads

John, Curtis, and everyone else involved were very communitative, giving me clear deadlines on when work could begin, what was happening, how long things might take, and any hiccups along the way.Everyone working onsite were very courtious, even being mindful of our neighbours throughout.The work itself was done to a high standard and I've not had any issues with the work since, even in the recent storms. The team worked flatout to make us watertight when the storms came in.I plan on asking them to come back for additional work in future. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had our roof valley replaced, felt and battons tiles and leading replaced and the firewalls completely repaired. John and his team took pictures all over our roof so we could see for ourselves the damage. We have had several roofers before to do a couple of jobs and could see they didn't do what they supposed to do. We are thoroughly pleased with their work. Great communication throughout. I am very happy with all the work they have completed. The guys are very friendly and went through each process with us. I would not hesitate in hiring Anticc Roofing.

John, Glen and the team have been absolutely amazing. Our basement had major damp and rat infestation unbeknown to us. They sorted it all out with minimal disruption and for a fair price too. Would use them again and would definitely recommend.

We used these guys after they knocked to offer a free quote for guttering. Great price & they were able to do the work within a few days. The team came in to replace the rotten old wooden fascias, soffits & guttering on our property & replace them with new UPVC. Whilst up on the roof, they also noticed rotten wooden roof supports. The team then went out of their way & bought the materials needed to replace everything needed to ensure the roof was safe & water tight, front & back. The speed & attention to detail of the work they carried out was impeccable. They constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. The whole job was completed within a day to an extremely high standard, & they even cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Anticc Roofing & Building to anyone needing building work done. We have already had several compliments on the work from neighbours & have passed on Anticc's details + spread the word via social media. There are a few more jobs needing doing on our property over the next 18/24 months & will definitely be getting Anticc to do all the work.

The team from Anticc changed all of our old rotten wooden fascia’s, soffits and guttering on our property. To new UPVC our gutters where previously leaking also, we where very pleased with the finished project. Very friendly and great team would highly recommend

Anticc Roofing & Bldg quoted me for new soffits and guttering UPVC ABS and also for repainting the front of my house. We agreed terms and the very next day up went the scaffolding (in less than 2 hrs!).The day after that the team went to work. The speed at which they worked made me dizzy. I kept sneaking a peek at what they were doing (as you do) but I soon relaxed because it was very clear early on that each member of the team knew what they were doing and were proceeding not only at speed but also with attention to detail.Absolutely delighted with the end product.The day after the work was finished a team arrived in the morning to dismantle the scaffolding (this vanished in 45 mins!)I have no hesitation in recommending Anticc. Have already discussed further work on my property which I will commission if I can survive this cost of living crisis!The team who worked on my property were without exception thoroughly professional and polite and masters of their craft.I did not feel like my house was under attack or I was a prisoner in my own home. I enjoyed the experience which is probably the highest compliment I can pay Anticc.
