The other difficulty is access. Getting onto a commercial roof safely often means planning around deliveries, customers and car parks, and that is where jobs overrun.

We survey the roof by drone, which means we can assess a large or awkward roof without shutting anything down first.
You get the footage and a written quote setting out the work, the access arrangements and the timings.

Can you work outside our opening hours?
Usually yes, and on a lot of commercial jobs that is the sensible way to do it. Tell us your trading pattern at the survey and we will build the programme around it.
Do you provide written method statements and risk assessments?
Yes, and for commercial work we would expect to. Tell us what your site requires and we will provide it before we start.
Can you survey a large roof without closing the site?
That is one of the main reasons we use a drone. We can assess most commercial roofs without access equipment or disruption on the first visit.
Do you take on maintenance rather than one off repairs?
Yes. Planned visits usually work out better than waiting for something to fail, particularly on flat roofs and gutter lines.
Will we get photos and reports?
Yes. You get photographs through the job, which is normally what a landlord, insurer or head office wants to see.
